OUR PERSON-CENTERED APPROACH
ADVOCACY
Our person-centered approach helps identify each individual’s strengths, goals, barriers, and areas in need of increased support. This allows the individual to feel empowered.
GUIDANCE
We use Motivational Interviewing to guide our recipients through the stages of change. We engage each individual at the least restrictive model, taking all recipients wants, needs and goals into consideration.
ONGOING SUPPORT
At all visits we continually assess, teach, and engage supports needed to work towards reaching the individual’s level of autonomy they are comfortable with.

DAKOTA COUNTY HOMELESS STREET
OUTREACH
Our homeless outreach services are provided by advocates trained and experienced in engaging homeless individuals who struggle with mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders.
HOUSING SUPPORT SERVICES
Our housing-first approach provides those experiencing homelessness with housing as quickly as possible. We aim to help individuals access and sustain housing quickly and without time limits.
DAKOTA COUNTY Emergency Shelter for Adults
Serving Dakota County adult residents who are homeless staying outside in Dakota County. Waitlisted and prioritized.
