OUR PROGRAMS
STREET OUTREACH
Our homeless outreach services are provided by advocates trained and experienced in engaging homeless individuals who struggle with mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders.
Through our Police Homeless Outreach Partnership, Ally provides a community service partnership approach to ending homelessness. This approach provides those experiencing homelessness with resources as quickly as possible, wherever they are, and with a collaborative effort with local police
agencies to identify, locate and serve the homeless in our community.
HOUSING SUPPORT SERVICES
Our housing-first approach provides those experiencing homelessness with housing as quickly as possible. We aim to help individuals access and sustain housing quickly and without time limits.
We specialize in coordination and communication between landlords and tenants. We assist clients by providing necessary resources and referrals to meet the participant’s needs and goals. Participants undergo an intensive screening process to ensure the requirements are met for the program.
